We chose elevation 1 since we are from New England and the colonial look is timeless to us.

When we first started looking at Ryan Homes I visited the websites and looked at the houses offered at each development. I, as most people, assumed that the models listed on each site are the only ones available. This is not the case. Ryan has approximately 160 models and most are available depending on the layout of the building site. All one needs to do is ask. We actually traveled out to other Ryan developments to look at several models before deciding on the Ravenna. All things being equal, I would have preferred the Jefferson but economics wins the day. In the end the incentives on the Ravenna were too good to pass up. We are very happy with our choice. This house back in CT would have been, at the least, another $100,000.
